How does it work?

Once you have signed-up and registered, you use one of our above addresses like it were your own. A real advantage of our service is there is no need to have a 'box number' or 'suite number' - you use the address as if it were your own building. Simply, YOUR NAME or YOUR COMPANY NAME with OUR ADDRESS Of course, you can use it on your stationery, leaflets, your web site, give it out to customers and suppliers as if it were your own office.

In addition to receiving your normal mail, we can also sign for all recorded/registered/courier items and even parcels.

Mail received is either forwarded on to you (plus postage at cost) or held for you to collect.

Forwarding & Collection Service

PRIME Secretarial will sort, bundle and pack your mail received and securely forward it on to you by 1st class mail or if you are overseas, we use Airmail. We can forward perhaps to your home, your office or another address of your choice. This can be daily, weekly or monthly - the choice is yours . . .

All you pay is for the actual postage costs incurred. These are deducted from a 'postage float' payable with your application to put your forwarding account into credit.

You may have different instructions for recorded or items we have signed for, such as 'Hold & Notify' or ''Re-record' this to me.

Alternatively, we can HOLD your mail safely until you have time to collect it from us in person.
