In addition to our Mailing Address services, we also provide a Registered Office only service. If you have an existing Limited Company registered in England, or you are forming a Limited Company, then PRIME Secretarial can act as your UK Registered Office for as little as £75 for 12 months

What exactly is a Registered Office?

The Registered Office is the address that is shown on the public register at Companies House and is the principle place at which Companies House documents, forms and returns are sent and where official documents can be served. The address must always be an effective address for delivering documents to the company, and what better way to ensure continuity and professionalism than to use one of our locations as your Registered Office. To avoid delays and fines from Companies House it is important that all correspondence sent to the Registered Office address is dealt with promptly and our Mail Forwarding service will ensure you receive your mail on time.

If you wish to use one of our addresses for both Registered Office and Trading purpose, then you will need to apply for our Mailing Address Service.

Forwarding / Collection Service . . . your mail held or forwarded on to another address

Most of our clients have their mail forwarded to them. Mail received can be securely forwarded on to you - perhaps to your home, your office or another address of your choice. This can be as often as you wish - daily, weekly or monthly - you choose!. There is no extra handling charge for this service, with the exception of postages incurred by us at cost. Your mail is sorted, bundled and re-enclosed into a plain single envelope and forwarded onto you. A small amount for postage is payable with your application to put your forwarding account into credit and from time-to-time you will need to top this up when it runs low. Alternatively, we can hold your mail safely until you have time to collect it.
