MAIL SCANNING SERVICE 
 
Ideal for important short documents, your mail can be opened by us, the contents then either scanned and emailed or alternatively faxed on to you wherever you are. This arrangement can be either be ad-hoc for one-off items or on a regular basis.  The original mail is then handled in the usual way specified by you (held for collection or posted on).

Waiting on an important letter?.....we can send you a SMS text message or an e-mail when your important document arrives. Our existing clients are finding this a useful service when waiting on either a single important letter, or perhaps the same 'type' of letters each month that are important.
